Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer to design, configure, and deliver cutting-edge AI solutions. This role will focus on leveraging the OpenAI ecosystem and Microsoft AI tools to develop custom AI applications, integrate APIs, and drive automation initiatives.
6 month initial contract | Hybrid - Work from home and Central Sydney
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, administer, and monitor OpenAI platforms, including license management and usage oversight.
- Develop and deploy CustomGPTs and AI-enabled solutions tailored to business requirements.
- Integrate OpenAI APIs with various connectors, enterprise applications, and workflows.
- Build AI-powered applications using Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless adoption and integration of AI tools.
- Contribute to CI / CD pipelines and manage version control for AI development projects using Azure DevOps or similar.
- Stay updated with the latest AI / ML advancements and recommend new tools or approaches.
Key Skills & Experience
Strong experience with the OpenAI ecosystem (e.g., OpenAI Studio, API integration).Hands-on expertise with Microsoft AI services such as AI Foundry, AI Search, or Copilot Studio.Proven track record of delivering AI-driven solutions, particularly within low-code environments (Power Platform).Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft DevOps for project tracking and deployment.Understanding of CI / CD practices, pipelines, and version control in an AI development context.Bonus : Background in machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), or intelligent automation.Interested candidates who meet the required skillset of the role are encouraged to apply via the link with an updated resume.
