Job Summary
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst with experience in the SaaS industry.
In this role, you will work closely with leadership, product, and customer success teams to deliver data-driven insights that support strategic decision-making and drive operational excellence.
You will be responsible for turning complex data into clear, actionable intelligence to inform product development, customer engagement, and business growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets from multiple systems to generate actionable insights.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs that measure performance across business functions.
Partner with product and engineering teams to track feature adoption, customer behavior, and product performance.
Work with Customer Success to transfer customer data into actionable insights.
Support leadership with ad hoc analysis to guide strategic planning and operational decisions.
Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across reporting tools and platforms.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation of reporting workflows.
Various other tasks as assigned by manager.
Key Requirements
3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Scientist, or in a similar role within SaaS, consulting, or customer analytics.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's degree a plus).
Ability to analyze datasets, extract insights, and communicate them effectively.
Hands-on experience with business intelligence (BI) tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Quicksight.
Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language for data analysis, with Python or R preferred.
Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills and experience with data manipulation.
Familiarity with CRM and analytics platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Mixpanel, Amplitude).
Problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Solid understanding of KPIs for customer engagement, SaaS, and / or digital operations.
Strong presentation and storytelling skills to transform data into clear business narratives.
Experience working with diverse industries such as retail, education, government, or services is a plus.
