ABOUT THE ROLE...
We are currently seeking a motivated and driven individual to join our Payroll team as Payroll Officer. Based at our Alexandria office in NSW, this is a Permanent Full-Time role.
This is a busy and varied role ideal for an individual that respects the importance of accuracy, process and customer service. This role is responsible for :
- The accurate and timely processing of all company payrolls – weekly and monthly.
- Managing and resolving all payroll queries from internal and external stakeholders
- Ensuring compliance to all payroll administration and reporting guidelines
The Payroll Officer is key to our business and is best suited to a proven multi-tasker able to juggle multiple priorities whilst ensuring complete accuracy.

At least 3+ years experience in end to end payrollPrevious experience with ADP Payforce and UKG Dimensions preferredDemonstrated payroll processing experience across Australia and NZ payrollsAn understanding of payroll legislation and processesHigh attention to detail, with an organised and methodical approach to workHigh levels of integrity and ability to maintain confidentialityNumerical ability and data entry skillsAble to work autonomously and successfully multi-task ensuring deadlines are metArticulate verbal and written communication skillsStrong customer service focusUnrestricted working entitlements in AustraliaGREAT BENEFITS…
