The Role
Reporting to the National Business Manager, you’ll play a key role in building and executing short-and long-term joint business plans.
You'll work cross-functionally to deliver results, manage promotional activity, and help drive omnichannel retail excellence.
More specifically, you will :
- Act as the key contact for day-to-day customer engagement, with support from the NBM.
- Manage promotional planning, volume forecasting, spend projections, and ROI reviews.
- Own the range review process – from stakeholder coordination to QBR preparation and NPD submissions.
- Support accurate forecasting and demand planning by partnering with Supply Chain and S&OP teams.
- Drive alignment between internal teams and external customers to deliver mutually beneficial outcomes.
About You
You’re a commercially minded, self-sufficient National Account Executive or Account Manager with a strong understanding of grocery retail.
Thrive in a cross-functional environment and can turn insight into action.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver on timelines.Analytical thinking and a structured approach to problem solvingFinancial acumen – confident with forecasts, budgets, and trade spend.Experience with Coles, Woolworths, or Independent channels is ideal.Confidence in negotiation and a deep understanding of trading variables.Interested?
