We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Home and Community Care team, serving the South Coast area. This offers a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of others.
As a Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in providing high‑quality clinical care that promotes client self‑determination, enhances resilience, and improves overall quality of life for both individuals and their family carers. Your compassionate, person‑centred approach will help our clients maintain their independence and social connections. We are looking for an experienced nurse who thoroughly enjoys nursing and who has a passion for providing exceptional care.
As the successful candidate, you will provide effective clinical nursing care that enhances client self‑determination, capacity, and resilience as well as improves social engagement and quality of life for the individual and family carer.
