This position performs key sales support activities enabling the existing novated lease pipeline to be managed efficiently and revenue maintained in pre-existing pipeline. The core responsibility of this role is to ensure that we maintain a high level of quality assurance and data integrity. This role is a pathway into a Novated Lease Consultant role, becoming attuned to discussing the novated lease product and associated products with our customers.
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage customers who have new vehicle orders in pipeline prior to the delivery of the vehicle to assist with the sale of their current vehicle if applicable.
- Performing quality assurance file checks, ensuring process efficiency and recording detailed notes in the systems whilst maintaining data accuracy.
- Action day-to-day customer enquiries with relevant record keeping, assigning action and follow through, ensuring an excellent level of customer service is maintained
- Support Novated Lease Consultants in liaising directly with customers and coordinate cross functional activities
- Apply customer service best practice to customers in lead pipeline or order pipeline via phone and email.
- Providing coverage for Novated Lease Consultants whilst on prolonged periods of leave.
- Performing other administrative and sales activities supporting the overall team efficiency and its ability to achieve targets.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Strong numerical skills
- Proficient data entry skills, with an emphasis on accuracy and speed
- Professional and courteous customer service skills
- Previous experience in a Sales or Customer service role or exposure to Call Centre environment is desirable
- Experience using CRM systems (desirable)
- Previous experience in providing administrative support (desirable)
