Trades Workforce Solutions is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead a skilled team in a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment . This is a key leadership role where you’ll drive safety, quality, and productivity on the production floor.

What You’ll Do

• Lead day-to-day production across assembly, and vehicle modifications
• Plan workloads, manage schedules, and keep production on track
• Coordinate with fabrication, electrical and contractor teams
• Drive quality standards, OH&S compliance and continuous improvement
• Train, mentor and support production staff
