Associate - Wealth Management

The Opportunity

Supporting four experienced Investment Advisers, you’ll be the key point of contact for clients and play an integral role in delivering a seamless service experience. You’ll work alongside a collaborative network of Associates across the broader business, while being the sole Associate within this high-growth team. This role has a defined pathway for someone who is looking to progress into an Investment Advisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for clients, delivering an exceptional client experience.
• Proactively anticipate adviser and client needs, ensuring all requests are actioned efficiently and with discretion.
• Manage client documentation, onboarding, and account administration with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Coordinate client meetings, reporting and follow-up tasks to support advisers in delivering personalised advice.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion of client transactions and compliance requirements.
