YOUR NEW ROLE/CAREER

As a key senior leader of this impressive legal technology team, reporting to the Head-Legal Technology and leading a team of talented legal technologists you will love the challenge +rewards of this multi-dimensional role across: 1) technical advisory; 2) leading/mentoring/training; 3) project managing; 4) strategic business input; 5) creating/innovating/improving. Specifically, you’ll be:

• Costing, scoping, devising strategy+ KPIs, allocating resources, project managing and leading/overseeing all legal tech transactions of your team;
• Acting as a leader+mentor+ performance coach to ensure your team are performing optimally and hitting their performance targets;
• Acting as a technical subject matter legal tech expert consulting to both internal clients (partners/senior lawyers) +external clients;
• Contribute to developing new ideas/services+ driving strategic business improvement projects.

WHO YOU ARE

We are interested in hearing from you if you:

• have a Law and/or Information Technology/Computer Science degree/diploma OR similar qualifications relating to legal information management or legal technology;
• have 5-10+ years experience in information management/information technology gained in a law firm/professional services firm OR with a legal technology/litigation services provider;
• have strong knowledge of web-based workflow technologies, transactional technologies (eg Atticus, Virtual Data Rooms, Luminance, Kira), databases, windows, legal processes and document management;
• have strong proven leadership ability (including managing large teams);
• have outstanding communication+ stakeholder engagement/management+ project management skills;
• can effectively manage+ deliver on multiple large-scale projects in a dead-line driven (and at times high pressure) environment.
