Permanent, full‑time role in a small talented L&D team based in Macquarie Park with hybrid work opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver targeted capability programs and frameworks aligned to business outcomes.
  • Facilitate engaging workshops and programs at scale to drive behavioural change.
  • Facilitate engaging in‑person and hybrid workshops to strengthen leadership and client service capabilities.
  • Coach leaders to strengthen their personal effectiveness and build high‑performing teams.
  • Implement evaluation strategies to measure ROI of learning programs and solutions.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven ability to design, develop and deliver impactful training for geographically dispersed teams.
  • Exceptionally strong corporate training and facilitation skills delivering workshops and programs for frontline teams, managers and leaders.
  • Demonstrated experience coaching teams and individuals to drive performance outcomes.
  • Ability to undertake regular travel.
  • Proactive and consultative approach to stakeholder engagement and communication.
  • Experience operating in a fast‑paced environment juggling multiple projects.
  • Relevant qualifications in Training & Assessment (e.g., TAE40116 or equivalent) – mandatory.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in adult learning or a related field – desirable.
  • Certification in relevant areas such as change management, leadership development or organisational behaviour – desirable.
  • Experience in instructional design and familiarity using Learning Management Systems.
  • Digitally competent, with a track record of implementing innovative solutions with speed and accuracy.
