The Position:

• Plenty of support & mentoring from a Head of Department
• Manage a tidy 110 property portfolio
• Overseeing all maintenance & lease renewals
• Tenant and owner communication
• Rent arrears & exit inspections
• Attractive salary plus monthly bonuses paid, phone and fuel allowance will be paid on top of your salary

The Criteria:

• 4 - 5 years in property management is desired, however not essential
• QLD Real Estate Registration certificate is essential
• Drivers license & reliable car
• Delivery of outstanding customer service levels
• Ability to work in a large team, roll up your sleeves and get things done
