The Role

We’re seeking a Senior Estimator to join our growing team. You’ll be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates across civil site works, inground services, podium slabs, and multi-residential projects. This role is ideal for someone with strong civil and structural experience who enjoys collaborating in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Preparing high-value, accurate estimates for civil, site, and modular building projects
• Analysing drawings, specifications, and site conditions to determine scope and costs
• Managing subcontractor pricing, trade packages, and cost proposals
• Using estimating software (CostX experience a plus, but not essential)
• Working closely with the project management and leadership teams to deliver tenders on time
• Providing input on cost efficiencies and value-engineering opportunities
