The Role:

As the Food & Beverage Attendant, you will be working within our Food and Beverage Team to support the Assistant Director of Food & Beverage in the smooth and efficient running of the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, Langland’s Restaurant & Bar and event space ‘Bellarine’. Provide exceptional customer service by handling all guest enquiries in a courteous manner, bringing your personality to light, and being your true and authentic self.

Some of the responsibilities include:

·Greet, present menus, take orders, and serve food and beverage items to guests

·Provide personalised and outstanding service to all guests

·Open, set up and close the outlet

·Have a thorough understanding of all food and beverage items on the menu

·Set, clear and reset designated working areas

About you:

·Previous Food & Beverage experience as a Section Waiter

·A current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate

·Confident in recommending and upselling food and beverage pairings to enhance the guest experience

·Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage time effectively and adapt to different customer needs

·Proactive problem solving and thrive in a fast-paced environment

·Flexible to work on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
