We are seeking an experienced, self‑driven Sales Representative / Business Development Manager to grow our wholesale distribution of portion meat products and related brands across Newcastle, Hunter, Central & Mid North Coast.
Key Accountabilities
- Building new business while maintaining existing relationships
- Meeting targeted call rates, coverage, distribution, trade spend, product mix, and volume KPIs
- Developing and executing sales strategies with Sales Manager
- Conducting performance reviews and 1 : 1 meetings
- Executing sales strategies at cycle meetings and state‑based initiatives
