Role

As Practice Manager , you will play a key role in the day-to-day success of the clinic. This is a full-time, hands-on leadership role that will see you :

• Managing the day-to-day operations of the clinic including stock management, people management and rostering, and maintaining client records
• Leading and developing our team and building a positive team culture
• Ensuring that monthly KPI’s are met
• Driving our business forward through creating and implementing local marketing initiatives
• Delivering outstanding service and care to all patients and owners
• Nursing duties as required; including training and mentoring nurses
