With stunning new offices based in Perth’s Western Suburbs, they are now seeking an experienced Strata Manager who is ready to take the next step in their career — moving away from managing their own portfolio and instead focusing on training, mentoring, and developing a high-performing team.

About the Opportunity

Working closely with the Head of Department, this newly created role will see you :

• Deliver hands-on training and coaching to Strata Managers and support staff
• Provide guidance and troubleshooting support across a range of Strata matters (compliance, legislation, meeting preparation, client relations, etc.)
• Support the onboarding and development of new team members
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and help elevate team performance across the business

About You To be successful in this role, you will bring :

• A minimum of 3–5 years’ experience as a Strata Manager, with strong knowledge of the Strata Titles Act and related regulations
• A passion for mentoring and developing others — you get satisfaction from helping people grow
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A collaborative, solutions-focused approach with strong organisational abilities
• Confidence to guide others in best practice processes, compliance, and client management
