About the Role

The CAD Administrator is responsible for the administration and provisioning of the DFES Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) system including integrated components. Activities of this position include working with key stakeholders to develop and implement improvements to DFES operational procedures and processes, monitoring and support of daily CAD operations and use, assisting with fault finding and resolution, maintaining security and data integrity, reporting on CAD data and the configuration of the CAD system to meet identified operational requirements.

Employment Conditions and Additional Information

DFES is an emergency services organisation, and all employees may be required to work or travel outside of normal business hours to assist with emergencies.

Successful applicants will be required to undertake a security vetting conducted by WA Police Force before a position is offered.
