In Australia, Audika has over 350 clinics delivering hearing services to clients. We strive to put hearing care on the health care agenda and to improve the quality of life for people living with hearing loss.
Location : Adelaide (Parkside). Employment type : full-time or part-time. Working hours : Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm, plus one shift per fortnight from 12pm–8pm.
What You’ll Do
- Make outbound calls for promotional campaigns (e.g., hearing tests, device trials, adjustments)
 - Book and confirm clinic appointments
 - Handle inbound calls and respond to client questions
 - Follow up on direct marketing leads and rebook lapsed clients
 - Use internal systems to manage bookings and update client information
