• More specifically, you will :
• Provide strategic and operational leadership to ensure safe, high-quality, and efficient patient care.
• Lead, coach, and inspire multidisciplinary teams to achieve performance targets and uphold GenesisCare values.
• Support workforce planning, recruitment, and performance management in collaboration with regional leadership.
• Promote a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee daily operations of the centre, ensuring compliance with clinical governance, safety, and quality standards.
• Manage centre budgets, resources, and rosters efficiently to achieve optimal utilisation.
• Work collaboratively with clinicians to optimise patient pathways and treatment experiences.
• Drive a dynamic and innovative culture within the team where individuals inspire each other to continuously deliver exceptional outcomes and care for our patients.
• Positively influence a culture of continuous improvement by partnering with key stakeholders and building effective relationships across the business.
• Lead change initiatives to drive culture, quality, efficiency and access, taking on a leadership role within projects where required.
• We’re looking for someone who has :
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships, particularly with senior clinical staff.
• Demonstrated acumen in people and process change management and implementing process improvements.
• Proven ability to manage cross functional multi-disciplinary teams.
• Previous leadership experience in oncology or healthcare.
• Understanding of clinical governance, quality improvement, and risk management frameworks.
• Ability to prioritise and time manage in a demanding environment and consistently role model our vision and values.
• Demonstrated knowledge and application of Health Care standards, and relevant legislation.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Health Administration, Management, or relevant clinical discipline (Radiation Therapy, Nursing, etc.).
