About the job Construction Lawyer / Partner

Construction Law Partner (Sydney) - Salary Negotiable

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Law Partner to join a Sydney based firm with and outstanding reputation for excellence.

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in advising clients on a broad range of construction and infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities :

Manage a diverse portfolio of construction law matters, including contracts, claims, disputes, and litigation
Provide strategic legal advice to clients across all stages of the construction lifecycle
Build strong relationships with clients and develop a deep understanding of their business needs
Lead and mentor junior lawyers within the team
Contribute to the growth of the firm's construction law practice

Qualifications :

Proven track record of success in managing complex construction disputes

Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

Strong client relationship building skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience managing and building teams

Competitive salary package (negotiable)
