The Opportunity :

Be the core pillar for the day-to-day operations of the site

Coordinate and manage facility repairs and maintenance by working with technicians, vendors, and contractors

Perform facility inspections quality assurance following local, state, and federal regulations. Suggest operational efficiencies, repairs, and upgrade opportunities

Manage environmental health and safety procedures for facilities

Oversee vendor relationships and invoicing procedures

Conduct process and procedure training on maintenance, repairs, and safety best practices

Lead by example and model behaviours that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Influence parties of shared interests to reach an agreement

Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues which may or may not be evident in existing systems and processes

Our ideal person is someone who :

Previous experience in Facilities Management, property or related role

Is confident in stakeholder management and working collaboratively

Is dedicated to a customer centric approach to all tasks

Is enthusiastic and possesses strong people skills

Is able to think quickly on their feet and problem solve

Has strong skills in Microsoft Office and FM related software
