Store Manager (Full Time)

Overview

Hero Sushi is a well-established Sushi Takeaway & Restaurant brand with around 50 stores across Australia, most directly managed by head office. As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a dedicated Store Manager to join our team.

Location

54 Minjungbal Dr, Tweed Heads South NSW

Position

Manager (Full‑time, flexible schedule, approximately 45 hours per week). Long‑term commitment, capable of store management and team leadership.

Salary & Benefits

Training period (probation 4–6 weeks, depending on individual capability). Adult, hourly, before tax $33 + 12% Super + annual leave + sick leave.

Weekend rates x

• Public holidays x2.25, overtime x1.5 or x2 as applicable

After training, depending on store size : $30.8 per hour.
