Head of Finance - Energy Infra - 6mth FTC

The Role

This senior leadership role will oversee the Group’s Financial Control, FP&A, Strategy & Planning, and Operational Finance functions, ensuring best-in-class controls, governance, and financial rigor while driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities include :

• Lead FP&A, statutory and regulatory reporting, and consolidated Group reporting to executives, Board and key stakeholders.
• Partner with Operations Leadership to deliver strategies and support commercial decisions
• Ensure strong governance, compliance, tax strategy, and oversight of external audits.
• Manage transactional finance including AP, payroll, cash flow, covenants, and insurance.
• Contribute towards finance transformation, process improvement, data governance, and risk management.
• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing finance team.

The Candidate

The successful candidate will be a proven, hands-on finance leader with executive presence, exceptional communication skills, deep technical expertise in accounting, reporting and planning, and a proven track record of coaching and developing a diverse team of finance professionals.
