Job description

Currently we are looking for a Customer Service Representative - Logistics for our client that is a logistics company in Sydney. The position entails providing support to the Operation and Sales team with professional and efficient communication in assisting with clients enquires and with office support.

  • Key activities
  • Providing comprehensive customer service to clients
  • Negotiate price with the suppliers
  • Quote preparation (air, ocean, off-shore shipment, 3PLm domestic / interstate transport)
  • Support and work with our dynamic sales team
  • Maintaining existing customers
  • Dealing with clients complaints and inquiries
  • Assisting with reception and answering phone calls
  • Other tasks requested by your manager and the company
  • About You

  • Ability to work effectively within, and contribute to a team environment

  • 1 -2 years of experience in Freight forwarding industry(preferred
  • Cargowise ecprience is a bonus
  • Second language skill is a plus (Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, Thai, Malay etc)
