What You'll DoOversee a portfolio of premium residential properties Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants

Manage routine inspections, lease renewals, and maintenance coordination

Ensure compliance with industry legislation and best practices Represent the brand with a high standard of customer care Collaborate closely with your team — but enjoy autonomy day to day

What We're Looking ForMinimum 1 year experience in Property Management

Current WA Property Manager registration Experience using Property Tree & Inspection Express Driver's licence (company car provided)

Professional, organised and reliable with strong communication skills

Customer-focused mindset with a proactive, positive attitude

If you're an assistant property manager—whether you're just starting out or bring extensive experience, have strong organisational skills and a proactive attitude, we'd love to hear from you

A great sense of humour is always a plus!
