- Leading and managing the day-to-day operations of the practice
- Supporting and developing front office and clinical staff
- Ensuring exceptional patient care and satisfaction
- Overseeing rostering, stock control, compliance, and reporting
- Implementing local marketing initiatives and driving new patient growth
- Managing business KPIs, budgeting, and profitability targets
- Collaborating with the clinical team to maintain the highest standards of care
Qualifications
Previous experience in dentistry with team leadership or management responsibilityCertificate III or IV in Dental Assisting is advantageousProven experience running the day-to-day operations of a healthcare or dental practiceStrong people leadership skills with the ability to inspire and support your teamDemonstrated ability to drive business performance, sales, and meet KPIsConfident with front desk systems and administrative workflowsHigh attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Word and ExcelExperience with dental software is desirable but not essentialAdditional Information
