Position Details

Employment Type: Casual (minimum 30 hours per week).

Availability Required:

• Wednesdays & Thursdays (late evenings until 8pm).
• Saturdays.

Location: Ascot, Brisbane QLD.

Future Opportunity: Potential to transition into a permanent role.

The Role

As a key member of The Verve Lounge team, you will:

• Deliver advanced skin rejuvenation treatments including Morpheus8, Lumecca, Forma RF, HIFU, Skin Needling, LED Light Therapy, Oxygen Therapy, advanced clinical facials and peels.
• Conduct in-depth skin consultations and design customised treatment plans.
• Prescribe and recommend premium skincare to optimise client results.
• Educate clients on treatment pathways and at-home skincare regimes.
• Uphold the highest standards of luxury service, professionalism and clinical excellence.
• Thrive in a refined, results-focused environment where client outcomes are paramount.
• Have a passionate and focussed approach to drive sales of both product & treatments and build higher client retention.

Previous experience with these devices is advantageous; however, comprehensive training will be provided for the successful candidate.

About You

• Diploma of Beauty Therapy (with advanced skin expertise).
• Strong knowledge of skin analysis, anatomy and advanced treatments.
• Recent hands-on experience in an advanced skin or dermal therapy role.
• Immaculate presentation and outstanding communication skills.
• A genuine passion for skin health, results and long-term client relationships.
