The hotel delivers a fantastic food and beverage product with Mobius Bar & Grill located on premise - a relaxed and flexible environment, serving in house and external guests.

Job Description

Pullman Sydney Airport is currently seeking a part-time (4 days per week) Night Auditor to join our close-knit team in our luxury property boasting 229 rooms and suites with extensive meeting facilities.

Responsibilities

Assist the Night Manager in cross checking and balancing work completed during the day for all outlets on a shift basis

Ensure the highest level of customer service is offered and maintained at all times to all guests

Provide efficient service for guest registration and departure

Assisting with in Room Dining and other guest requests

Maintain accurate guest accounts and provide accurate, helpful information

Maintain strict security procedures to ensure guest confidentiality and safety

Qualifications

Energy, enthusiasm and creativity to bring a personal touch to our guests

Customer focus & strong communication skills

Immaculate presentation

Strong analytical skills, financial knowledge or experience desirable

A passion for hospitality and enthusiasm for working with people from all over the world

Must be reliable with the ability to work 4 days a week on a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays

Must have Valid NSW RSA Competency Card

Must have full working rights in Australia
