Intensive outreach service focused on strengthening parenting capacity to improve family functioning and child safety with children under 18 years of age based in Noarlunga.
The Role
As a Case Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting families through a collaborative, therapeutic case management approach. Working within a multidisciplinary team, you’ll partner closely with families, the Department of Human Services (DHS), the Department for Child Protection (DCP), and other professionals to promote child safety and family wellbeing.
You will serve as the key worker for families, coordinating and integrating supports across services. Your responsibilities will include delivering practical in-home support, strengthening parenting skills, fostering connections to community and culture, and advocating for families to address safety and risk factors.
