Casual Receptionist For Physiotherapy Clinic

An amazing opportunity exists for an enthusiastic / dynamic and forward thinker who enjoys working in a vibrant growing Allied Health practice with all its systems and procedures in place. We are looking for the right person to join our reception staff and undertake the following duties :

• Meeting and greeting of patients - being the face of the practice for that initial contact
• Answering the clinic telephone
• Making and taking appointments using practice management software
• Processing payments and Hicaps transactions
• Assist with banking and accounts processes using XERO accounting software
• Join our rapidly growing business in an area with unlimited potential for new ideas
• Assisting with general day to day activities of running a successful health care business.

We are offering 15-20 hours of work per week looking to cover morning periods 2-4 days per week. We are an allied health clinic based in Redcliffe offering the services physiotherapy, podiatry, exercise physiology, dietetics and psychology. We also provide services to aged care facilities and manage return-to-work programs with Workcover QLD.

Experience within a previous allied health practice is recommended, however, not completely necessary. We are looking forward to meeting our newest team member!
