ABOUT THE ROLE
The EAL / AMEP teacher, Foundation College provides professional teaching and vocational expertise, across all aspects of delivery, planning and performance to ensure excellent outcomes for learners, the organisations that employ them and the communities they serve. The position focuses on excellence in learner support, teaching delivery and learning assessment, resource development and educational administration. The incumbent is a key and active participant of Foundation College and works to promote educational excellence, business growth and student-centred services for the Foundation College team. ABOUT YOU You will have relevant a tertiary qualification in a 3-year Australian undergraduate degree or equivalent and a Postgraduate in TESOL qualification in adult education (please see attached Position Description for further details), a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) and hold registration with VIT (Victorian Institute of Teaching) or a current Employee Working With Children Check. In addition to this, you will enjoy working collaboratively within a diverse team, and be highly motivated with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
