Data Analyst

About the role

We have an opportunity for a Data Analyst to be part of our Data Insights & Analytics, Reporting & Analytics, People & Capability Command . The role is responsible for extracting, transforming, and critically analysing HR related data & information to draw meaningful insights that contribute to workforce recommendations, intelligence and reports relating to the strategic utilisation of human resources & other issues impacting the workforce. The role is required to assist in the development of dashboards, reports, models and options relating to contemporary workforce related issues to inform strategic decision making.

Please provide some examples of your experience in data extraction, cleansing, transformation, modelling and visualisation to build dashboard / reporting using HR related datasets.

Target Question 2:

Please provide an example whereby you used complex data analysis to create a model with multiple datasets to solve a problem and provide recommendations, as well as actionable insights to senior stakeholders. Please highlight the business intelligence tools, software and programming languages that you use.
