What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and manage plant maintenance plans and forward work programs
• Analyse asset performance and conduct root cause analysis of failures
• Monitor asset condition data to identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities
• Oversee maintenance activities and projects, ensuring safety, compliance, time and cost requirements are met
• Work closely with field teams, engineers, operations and client stakeholders to coordinate maintenance activities
• Identify and implement process improvements to optimise asset performance
