The Duty Manager supports daily FOH and bar operations, ensuring service flow, staff performance, and compliance. They lead shifts in the absence of senior managers.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead FOH and bar during shifts, maintaining service pace.
- Handle guest issues and escalations with care.
- Support bar operations : stock, training, and wastage control.
- Complete cash‑ups, reconciliations, and End of Shift reports.
- Ensure compliance with RSA, WHS, and food safety.
- Provide coaching and support to staff in real time.
About You
Previous supervisory or management experience.Confident leading service and handling guest issues.Knowledge of FOH and bar operations.Organised, reliable, and detail‑oriented.Strong communicator with a positive, team‑first attitude.Seniority level
