Job Description

Senior Rehabilitation Consultant (Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, or Exercise Physiologist) role at Konekt.

About The Role

  • Utilize specialist knowledge and skills to help people return to meaningful engagement in occupations.
  • Evaluate treatment and / or rehabilitation needs of workers involved in work‑related or non‑work‑related injury or illness.
  • Help clients identify future employment or training options by reviewing transferable skills, qualifications, and interests.
  • Perform a variety of assessments depending on clinical expertise, including functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic, or activities of daily living assessments.
  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor client progress toward return‑to‑work goals as effective case management.
  • Engage with key stakeholders and build strong relationships to facilitate business objectives.

  • Professional registration with AHPRA, ESSA (AEP).
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field.
  • A current Working with Children Check.
  • Willingness to undergo a National Criminal History Check upon successful application.
