About the role :

We are currently seeking a motivated Clinical Care Lead – Occupational Therapy to join our In-Home Care team in Melbourne on a Full-time basis . The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading our Home Care Occupational Therapists while providing high quality, evidence-based Occupational Therapy services to our aged care clients within an In-Home Care setting. We are looking for dependable candidates who can work Monday to Friday.

Key Duties and Responsibilities :

• Lead the provision of Occupational Therapy clinical care, recruitment, orientation and ongoing clinical supervision of the Occupational Therapy team.
• Support and foster growth within the Occupational Therapy service, including the intake and assessment of new clients.
• Deliver clinical care in alignment with current best practice guidelines, while respecting the unique needs, preferences, and values of each client.
• Operate in accordance with Baptcare’s procedures and work instructions, ensuring full compliance with organisational policies and regulatory requirements, including all relevant workplace health and safety legislation.
• Act responsibly to safeguard your own safety and that of others in the workplace.
