About the opportunity
This dynamic opportunity is suited to a senior finance professional with leadership experience and a background in high-volume environments. The role leads a small team and works directly with the CEO, playing a critical role in reporting, compliance, and financial strategy.
In this role, you will :
You will oversee end-to-end finance operations, including budget preparation, board pack reporting, compliance, and payroll processes. This is a hands-on leadership role with strategic influence and the opportunity to systemise and improve reporting accuracy and timelines. The business is transitioning from manual systems and offers the chance to lead this evolution in finance automation and team upskilling. The successful candidate will contribute to the business's growth by supporting commercial initiatives and improving cost controls.
About you
You are a finance professional with leadership experience in a similar high-volume, transactional environment. You understand the demands of seasonal operations and can manage competing priorities while driving team performance and system improvements.
