About the role

Instyle Electrics is seeking experienced Residential / Commercial New Build & Maintenance Electricians to join our skilled team on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland. This is a full-time opportunity to work on a variety of new build and maintenance projects, contributing to the growth and success of our company.

What you'll be doing

Undertaking all aspects of electrical installation and maintenance work in residential and commercial settings
Reading and interpreting electrical plans and diagrams to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations
Troubleshooting and diagnosing electrical faults, and completing necessary repairs and replacements
Providing outstanding customer service and managing client expectations
Collaborating with project managers, builders and other tradespeople to deliver high-quality outcomes
Maintaining a safe and tidy work environment, and adhering to all health and safety protocols

What we're looking for

A valid electrical licence and significant experience as a Residential / Commercial Electrician

Strong technical skills, with the ability to read and interpret electrical plans and schematics

A commitment to delivering high-quality work and exceptional customer service

Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team

A strong focus on safety and a willingness to adhere to all relevant policies and procedures
