The Andersen Partnership has been instructed to find an experienced Commercial Lawyer to join the growing commercial law team of a National Mid-tier firm.

We're representing a National firm who are looking for a talented, commercially-oriented Senior associate to join their Commercial Law team.

The Position:

• Mergers & Acquisitions Focus: Involvement in M&A transactions, supporting clients through complex deal structures and negotiations.
• Corporate & Commercial Advisory: Advise on commercial contracts, restructures, corporate governance, private capital raising, succession planning, and stakeholder agreements.
• Diverse Industry Exposure: Work across a broad range of industries and client groups, including automotive, manufacturing, and health sectors.

Who We're Looking For:

• 5+ PQE in corporate/commercial law.
• Demonstrated experience working in corporate and commercial law. In particular, M+A experience managing transactions of between $5 million and $150 million.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling strategic, commercial, and bespoke legal advice.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Dedicated to providing outstanding client service and building strong client relationships.
• Experienced in mentoring, delegating to, and managing junior lawyers.
• Proactive in business development and identifying growth opportunities.
