100-Day Mentoring Program : Structured onboarding with weekly mentoring, peer supervision, and training. Graduadual caseload build (full by week 5)

Sustainable caseload : Five clients per day with protected time for clinical work — not admin tasks.

Full admin support : Our reception team manages all bookings, billing, and enquiries, and handles client consent forms and screening so you always know who’s coming in.

Professional development : Annual PD allowance, regular peer learning, and supervision from experienced clinicians.
