The role of Team Leader is to actively lead and manage a team of employees towards achieving broader team and organisational goals. The Team Leader will guide and lead employees through the day-to-day workflow activities, and act as a subject matter expert in their related function

Lead, coach and develop Insurance Services and Family Law teamsDeliver all people management responsibilities effectively and on timeFoster an engaged, high-performance culture aligned to Link Group valuesSet clear goals, provide regular feedback and support ongoing developmentCommunicate effectively with teams regarding organisational and legislative changeRecruit and develop talent with the skills required for successGovernance & Risk
