$38.92 - $43.88 / hr (Depending on experience) + Super + RDO's + Salary Packaging

Full-time permanent opportunity working 5 days per week on rotating rosters

About The Opportunity

Uniting Bunyarra Early Learning is a welcoming, community-focused service where educators feel supported, valued and genuinely connected. Our passionate team works together to create inclusive, play-based learning environments where children thrive—and where educators are encouraged to grow, lead and bring their whole selves to work every day.

We are seeking 3 Diploma qualified Educators to join the team, working in the Nursery and Toddlers room but should be open to working with all age groups.

What You’ll Be Doing In This Role

As a Diploma Qualified Educator, you’ll provide quality education and care to children to help support and facilitate their learning outcomes in accordance with the National Quality Standards and learning framework!

Your Care Work May Include

• Contribute to the development of programs which reflect the approved learning framework.
• Developing positive and respectful relationships that support children, their families and community.
• Facilitating play-based learning environments that are responsive to children’s interest, strengths, and abilities.
• Documenting children’s learning through observations and assessments against learning outcomes
