Job description

Cleary Bros is currently seeking experienced Heavy Vehicle Mechanic to join our dynamic successful team based at Albion Park NSW. The Mechanic is responsible for ongoing repairs and maintenance of the fleet. The role will consist of scheduled and priority repairs along with preventative maintenance schedules.

Responsibilities :

  • Continues improvement for Safe Work practices
  • Work within workshop rules and regulations
  • Thoroughly diagnose and repair faults
  • Service and maintain equipment of fleet
  • Work to tight schedules whilst maintaining the highest standards
  • Adopt and continue with lean practices to ensure quality and cost efficiency with all repairs and maintenance
  • Maintaining company tools and equipment
  • Ownership of major repairs work efficiently while maintaining a clean and safe environment
  • Maintaining professional and clear communication with all company staff

Required skills and experience :

  • Current drivers Licence
  • Heavy Vehicle qualification
  • Truck servicing ability
  • Experience with Diagnosing and repairing faults and defects in vehicles
  • The ability to follow direction &work autonomously
  • Excellent organisational and problemsolving skills
  • Physically fit for heavy work
  • The ability to work in a fastpaced environment
