About the Role
We’re seeking a highly capable RAID Manager (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) to join the RAID & Review Chapter within our Program Management Office (PMO). This role supports delivery teams across the project lifecycle under the Digital Delivery Framework (DDF) and Golden Thread initiatives, with a focus on promoting consistent project practices, continuous improvement, and embedding best-in-class risk management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate risk management and planning workshops.
- Develop key risk artefacts including Risk Management Plans, Business Rules, and Dashboards.
- Implement and align processes with the DDG Risk Management Framework and PRIM manual .
- Monitor and manage RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) elements across programs and projects.
- Coach and mentor project teams on effective risk practices.
- Capture and maintain lessons learned to support continuous improvement.
- Deliver weekly insights, updates, and knowledge sharing across the RAID Chapter.
What We\'re Looking For
Essential :
Proven experience in applying structured risk management methodologies (e.g., ISO 31000 : 2018 ).Strong background in managing project risks, dependencies, and opportunities.Demonstrated experience in project delivery environments.Confident in engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels.Experience implementing continuous improvement initiatives aligned with international standards.Desirable :
