  • About The Role
  • CVCheck are currently seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our fast-paced and vibrant team at our brand new Perth CBD headquarters. This role will see you responsible for processing background checks and providing exceptional customer support to our valued customers.
  • This role is working Monday to Friday, full-time hours.
  • Full training is provided.
  • Duties include but are not limited to :
  • Processing background checks
  • Data entry and processing of orders
  • Contacting various organisations and institutes
  • Providing product knowledge and technical support
  • Administration and sales support

    • Attention to detail is crucial - you enjoy data processing / data entry type tasks
    • Outstanding customer service skills
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • A positive outlook with a can-do attitude
    • Contact Centre experience is beneficial
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Excellent time management skills including the ability to prioritise
