About The Role
CVCheck are currently seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our fast-paced and vibrant team at our brand new Perth CBD headquarters. This role will see you responsible for processing background checks and providing exceptional customer support to our valued customers.
This role is working Monday to Friday, full-time hours.
Full training is provided.
Duties include but are not limited to :
Processing background checks
Data entry and processing of orders
Contacting various organisations and institutes
Providing product knowledge and technical support
Administration and sales support
