About the Role
As Duty Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing daily FOH operations, supporting the venue manager, and ensuring our guests receive outstanding service every time. You’ll lead by example, motivate the team, and help create a welcoming, well‑run environment that keeps people coming back.
About You
- Solid experience in hospitality, ideally in a supervisory or management role.
- Hold a current QLD RSA and RSG certificates.
- Natural leader with strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Hands‑on, reliable, and thrive in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused setting.
- Confident handling cash, managing staff, and ensuring compliance with RSA and venue policies.
- Flexible with availability, including nights and weekends.
