The opportunity

We are currently hiring experienced and passionate Care Aides to join our Aged Care Team. We have a permanent part-time role offering 65 hours per fortnight.

Guaranteed shifts : Mon : 0700-1400, Tue : 0700-1400, Wed : 0700-1400, Thurs : 0700-1400, Fri : 0700-1400

Servicing the following suburbs : Armadale, Bedfordale, Brookdale, Byford, Camillo, Cardup, Champion Lake, Darling Downs, Forrestdale, Haynes, Jarrahdale, Karragullen, Karrakup, Kelmscott, Keysbrook, Mardella, Mount Nasura, Mount Richon, Mundijong, Oakford, Oldbury, Roleystone, Serpentine, Seville Grove, Whitby, Wungong

Key Responsibilities

Our Care Aides deliver exceptional care and support to our clients, enhancing and encouraging participation in their own care to maintain their independence, where possible. Responsibilities include a range of personal care tasks incl. showering, grooming, toileting etc. and other support such as medication assistance, meal preparation, domestic assistance / general housekeeping tasks and social support in the community. Care Aides will follow a predetermined schedule, travelling from home to home, therefore having unrestricted access to a vehicle and the ability to follow a digital schedule and care plan autonomously, via a mobile app, will be essential.
