Reporting to the Head of P&C and in consultation with the business, you will facilitate people processes and strategies for growth.
About The Company
Join a large and well-established company, working with stakeholders across multiple states and partnering with upper management. This role is based at the head office in Brisbane CBD. You will report to the Head of P&C, mentor HR professionals on ER / IR issues, and work closely with the L&D and Law teams.
About The Role
This position is for a true generalist. You will develop, manage, and implement HR initiatives aligned with business objectives. The client group covers approximately 900 FTE across different states.
Duties and Responsibilities
Skills and Experience
Proven HR experience, strong communication, commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and the ability to work autonomously. Tertiary qualification in HR or related field is required. Experience in strategic and operational HR, particularly in early childhood education, is highly regarded.
