Job Description
Reporting to the Payroll Manager, your responsibilities will include :
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant payroll legislation and regulations.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and employee data.
- Process salary adjustments, tax calculations, and superannuation contributions.
- Provide timely responses to employee payroll queries.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless payroll operations.
- Prepare and submit payroll reports to the accounting and finance department.
- Identify and implement process improvements in payroll operations.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have :
Experience in end-to-end payrollStrong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation (knowledge of NZ payroll a bonus!)Proficiency in payroll systems, UKG Ready a bonus!Excellent attention to detail and organisational skillsStrong problem solving skills, ability to be involved in suggesting improvementsStrong communication skills for liaising with employees and internal teams.
