About the role :

We are looking for a skilled  BIM Coordinator  to join our team on a 6-month maximum term contract. If you have experience with BIM families, can manage multiple models, and focus on standardizing BIM models, attributes, we'd like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and maintain BIM models and families to ensure accuracy across multiple models
  • Collaborate with project teams to audit, check and integrate standardised BIM models
  • Provide up to date technical support and training on BIM-related tasks
  • Manage digital processes during design and construction stages
  • Identify and resolve conflicts in models
  • Maintain documentation of BIM processes and procedures

    • About You : Qualifications :

  • Tertiary qualification in Architecture, Drafting, Engineering, BIM or equivalent
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a similar role
  • Professional certifications such as Autodesk Certified Professional in Revit

    • Skills and Attributes :

  • Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud or BIM360
  • Expert knowledge in Revit Architecture 2023+
  • Sound knowledge of AutoCAD
  • Experience in parametric family creation and template development
  • Understanding of residential construction methods and design
  • Customer-first mindset
  • Strong teamwork and relationship-building skills
